Job Summary A large aerospace client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Chandler, Arizona. This contract role supports supply chain operations by managing customer inquiries, coordinating spare parts delivery, and ensuring accurate order processing. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts requirements and resolve delivery issues Manage email communications, order entry, and shipment/delivery status updates Coordinate the collection and processing of supplier and customer data related to spare parts and provisioning products Enter, track, and monitor customer material, delivery requirements, and returns Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support or Program Management within a supply chain environment Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
