Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k We’re partnering with a rapidly growing client—a leader in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge machinery and systems for material handling processes—to bring on an experienced Structural Engineer to join their expanding team. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to wear multiple hats, contribute across departments, and evolve into a subject matter expert in complex industrial system structures. Key Responsibilities: Lead structural engineering efforts for custom heavy industrial systems, including platforms, support structures, vaults, reinforced concrete foundations, and embedded pits. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams—mechanical, electrical, and project management—to ensure seamless integration of structural components within overall system designs. Conduct in-depth structural analysis using advanced software tools, from preliminary concepts through detailed final designs. Develop and deliver complete construction packages, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Visit job sites to inspect existing infrastructure, assess feasibility, and verify proper installation of structural systems in alignment with design intent. Stay current on evolving building codes, safety standards, and engineering best practices to enhance quality and compliance. Serve as a technical liaison—interfacing with clients, vendors, and in-house teams to resolve design challenges and align on project goals.

What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering PE license (Professional Engineer) in at least one U.S. state; NCEES record is a strong plus 8–10+ years of structural engineering experience, with a focus on steel and concrete structures in heavy industrial environments Strong understanding of structural code compliance and foundation design for large equipment Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD, RISA, or equivalent)
