Account Executive

to join our remote-first team and sell a product that makes work fun. At Spinify, we're on a mission to make work more engaging and rewarding. Our platform blends friendly competition with motivational psychology to help thousands of organizations boost performance and foster healthy collaboration. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, using your expertise in consultative selling to show businesses how our leading gamification platform can transform their team's motivation and performance. You will own the sales cycle from the moment a qualified lead is handed off to you, focusing on the critical stages of

demonstration, negotiation, and closing . Your core responsibilities will include delivering compelling, value-driven product demonstrations, meticulously managing your sales pipeline in

HubSpot , and consistently exceeding your targets. As a remote team all-star, you'll also collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to drive growth and actively contribute to our vibrant virtual culture. Requirements 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience

in a closing role with a

consistent and verifiable track record

of meeting or exceeding quotas. Deep understanding and practical application of

value-based sales methodologies , especially

GAP Selling . Familiarity with

Solution Selling

is a plus. Hands-on experience with

HubSpot CRM

(or similar), including

pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting . Exceptional verbal and written communication skills . Strong use of

open-ended questions

and

active listening

to effectively diagnose customer needs, build rapport, and instil lasting trust. Proven ability to deliver

compelling SaaS product demonstrations

that go beyond features. Skilled at

diagnosing client challenges

and articulating how the solution

bridges the gap

to desired outcomes. Strong

presentation skills

and ability to run

remote/Zoom demos

that engage multiple stakeholders. Bonus:
