Role Overview:

As a Ready Mix driver, you will operate a ready mix truck to load, transport, and unload ready mixed concrete at various locations while practicing proper traffic, site, and delivery safety procedures. You will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members, provide excellent customer service, and be knowledgeable about material properties.

This is a seasonal position. You can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish, or enjoy other activities, while your benefits continue year-round.

Minimum Qualifications

As a successful Ready Mix driver, you will have:

1. Ability to hold and maintain a Class A or B CDL license in accordance with all state and federal DOT/FMCSA regulations.
2. Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.
3. Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

Typical hours during production are Monday to Friday, starting around 7 am and ending around 5 or 6 pm. Some Saturdays may be required (about once a month).
