The organization provides high-quality benefits and services to their members. Their goal is to improve members’ quality of life by administering economic benefits and improving the community around them. Call Center Representatives . Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr - $23/hr DOE Position Overview: As key members of the Member Services Call Center team, the Call Center Representatives will support participants by addressing a wide range of benefit-related inquiries. This role involves direct communication with both members and vendors affiliated with the organization. The Call Center Representatives will be responsible for gathering accurate member information, resolving issues efficiently in a high-volume environment, and maintaining thorough documentation of all interactions. Strong communication skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and a commitment to delivering a positive member experience are essential. Flexibility to work weekends, particularly Saturdays, is also required. Responsibilities of the Call Center Representatives:

Respond to member inquiries regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits, claims, and pensions.

Provide accurate information regarding benefits, services, policies, and procedures.

Keep up-to-date with organizational updates, benefit changes, and system improvements to provide accurate information.

Communicate clearly and professionally with participants to deliver accurate information and support.

Handle sensitive personal and financial information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Follow up with members when additional information or resolution is required.

Work various shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Call Center Representatives:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional demeanor and ability to work with discretion.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Call Center Representatives:

Prior call experience is preferred, but not required.

Healthcare, employee benefits, or customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Fluency in English and Spanish.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
