Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed annual targets.
Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service experiences.
Ensure optimal product presentation following established standards.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations across various brands and categories.
Participate in executing special events aimed at increasing foot traffic.
Maintain our Customer Relationship Management system effectively.
Organize and manage incoming shipments in a timely manner.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for culinary arts!
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
A strong commitment to customer service and continuous self-improvement.
Retail sales experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional demeanor with the adaptability to embrace change.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Capable of lifting 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladder.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of $17-20.50 based on experience. Incentives Include: Seven paid sick days per calendar year. A generous employee discount of 50% off retail products.
