Office Manager / Executive Administrative Assistant (On-Site) Downtown Denver, CO Pay Range: $55-$70K commensurate with experience

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Office Manager / Executive Administrative Assistant
to support daily operations at our Denver Headquarters. This role combines traditional administrative duties with light executive support and office coordination, helping to ensure our leadership team and headquarters run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
Oversee general office operations to ensure a smooth, professional, and well-organized work environment
Manage vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and office supply inventory
Coordinate shipping/receiving and mail distribution
Provide Accounts Payable support, including invoice tracking and coding
Track and submit executive and department expense reports
Administrative Support
Manage calendars for executive team members, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting materials
Draft and proofread communications, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Act as liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Assist with new hire onboarding and logistics
Maintain employee contact lists and coordination with external vendors
Assist with Benefits Administration
Additional duties as assigned
Project & Event Coordination
Plan and coordinate internal events, off-site meetings, and leadership retreats
Manage logistics for corporate meetings and employee functions
Support project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with stakeholders
Required Skills and Competencies
Minimum of 5+ years of administrative support/office management in a corporate HQ environment
Extensive experience supporting key executives and stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask across varying priorities
Strong time management and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Sound judgment with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
