Own meaningful work early. Draft and negotiate core financing, leasing, purchase, and security documents; run checklists; drive closings. Think globally. Tackle cross-border matters (collateral, registrations,

sanctions/treaties)

and collaborate with a 60+ lawyer platform handling sophisticated international deals. Build your brand. Work closely with senior lawyers, join client calls, and contribute to business development in a supportive, collaborative culture. Join a top-tier practice. The Global Transportation Finance Group is Chambers USA Band 1—19 years running, with a roster of banks, leasing companies, airlines, funds, and investors.

What You’ll Do

Lead pieces of financing and leasing transactions (leveraged/secured lending, structured finance, capital markets touches). Manage multi-party, multi-jurisdiction deals from diligence through post-closing. Support restructurings and enforcement when needed. Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver polished, on-time results.

About You

2–7 years of law firm transactional experience. Experience in one or more: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, maritime, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation. Sharp drafting, negotiating, and organizational skills; calm under multiple timelines. J.D. with strong academics; Florida admission (or actively pursuing).
