Position: Direct Hire

Location: Saint Louis, MO (downtown).

Hours: M – F (8 to 5).

Schedule: Flexible work schedules, currently working in a hybrid working environment.

Salary: Starting at $64K (commensurate with experience).

Status: Must be a US citizen.

Education: Associate Degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience.

Summary: Our client is looking for a Systems Administrator with 2+ years of IT experience to join their Information System Team.

Job Description:

Perform user and group account-oriented management. Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, access rights, and active directory administration via Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Maintain user accounts and groups in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Maintain shared network drives. Perform roll out of new systems, which includes installation of workstations and software for all members of the firm. Responsible for installation, troubleshooting and upgrade of hardware and softwares. Document updates of new software installation instructions. Collaborate with software vendors or implement new software and troubleshoot existing software. Serve as the escalated and overflow Helpdesk Support, as needed or requested by IT Director. Work with vendors on application support issues. Perform OS upgrades, deployments, and maintenance. Image Creation Deployment – InTune. Perform software deployment. – InTune. Participate with IT team in problem-solving any current system issues and brainstorming and collaborating on new IS initiatives. Skills:

Two plus years of experience in IT role. A demonstrated ability to provide IT/Network Systems Administration support at a minimum of Level 2. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Active Directory principles and best practices. Server experience (knowledge of administering Windows servers, virtual servers). Installing, Configuring, and Administering Windows 10 and Windows 11. Experience with MS Operating Systems. Document management software with an emphasis on IManage Work10. Understanding of virtual desktops – VMWare. Ability to utilize software and hardware diagnostic tools to identify, diagnose, and repair complex problems and factors affecting systems performance. Scripting and group policy experience a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail utilizing checklists and tracking processes. Experience working in a service industry is a plus. Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users. Time management skills. Ability to be on call and sustain availability. Ability and flexibility to perform several tasks at one time unsupervised. Minimum Associate Degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience. A+ Certification a plus. Network+ Certification is a plus. Microsoft Certifications is a plus.
