Job Description Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 based on skills and experience Title: Product Marketing Manager (PMM)
Opportunity: As the Product Marketing Manager at Contruent, you will lead go-to-market initiatives for our growing Contruent Enterprise SaaS solution. Youll be the critical link between product, sales, and marketingcrafting positioning, messaging, competitive insights, and enablement content to drive market adoption and revenue growth of the product.
Responsibilities
Go-to market and Sales Enablement Partner with product management and marketing teams to shape thought leadership, blogs, webinars, and campaigns that reinforce our value proposition Develop compelling messaging and differentiated positioning tailored to owners, EPCs, and construction program stakeholders. Sales Enablement create battlecards, sales playbooks, customer stories, pitch decks, and training content to support successful field execution Operationalize our internal product marketing communications. Develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train sales teams, and drive always-on sales plays and programs. Build consensus, alignment, and engagement across Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success. Lead messaging and positioning strategy and execution for target personas in partnership with global Go-to-Market and Product Management teams. Build an action-oriented and repeatable release management process from scope planning to product release and launch planning
User Engagement, Communication and Community Product Release (Launch) planning and content development lead cross-functional product launches with project planning, internal alignment, asset creation, and communication strategy. Industry/User engagement including growing and managing our user community. Customer feedback and insights provide input into enhancement request process and conduct customer research to deeply understand personas, pain points, and buying behaviors. Work with marketing and product management to manage content in web-based content management systems including the internal Product Portal and external Resource Center to distribute product content
Product Led Growth, Product Adoption and User
Retention/Conversion Product Led Growth usage analytics and feedback to understand user behavior, understand NPS trends and drive actions to drive product adoption Manage and developin-product Pendouser guides In-Product NPS score owner working with user success and product teams Develop and create In-Product Marketing Initiatives working with the marketing team
Help align to complete user experience (how they find, try, buy, learn, adopt and advocate)
Requirements 46 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or
construction/project
management software. Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and associated sales cycle processes. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and writing skills. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams. Comfort with a fast-paced, high-growth environment and an entrepreneurial mindset. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pendo, Jira or similar platforms. Nice to Have: Knowledge of capital construction, project controls, or infrastructure industries.
