Position
We are looking to elevate our teams performance with the opening of a part-time Warehouse & Facilities Assistant. This position assists and supports the Operations Manager with various activities from customer order fulfillment to maintaining facilities.
Responsibilities Order fulfillment - Prepare (pick and pack) and load outgoing shipments, complete associated documents accurately Unload incoming deliveries, verify contents and complete associated documentation accurately Assist with maintaining warehouse through stocking, organizing, and cleaning; including performing and documenting inventory spot check Assist with reporting and troubleshooting of shipping issues Product labeling and packaging QC incoming and outgoing precision manufacturing and analysis products Support facilities maintenance Work in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to company safety policies
Experience & Requirements **Preferred Work Schedule - 4 to 5 hours daily M-F between 11AM and 5PM** A valid US drivers license is required. This position can be physically demanding. The candidate must have the ability to consistently lift 50 LB and 75+ LB as needed. Pallet jack and/or forklift experience is preferred. Experience / certification with HAZMAT shipments is a bonus. Candidates should be detail oriented and demonstrate concrete organizational, time management, and prioritization skills and possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience with ERP or similar inventory management systems as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office products is a plus.
