The range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Work Schedule: Position availability is for
2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) and 3rd shift
(11:00 PM to 7:30 AM) , Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required to support production needs, including occasional overtime.
Your Responsibilities: Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that keeps industries running? As a
Chemical Operator , you’ll play a key role in creating high-performance lubricants that power everything from cars to wind turbines. You’ll work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment where your contributions truly matter.
Blend raw materials into high-quality products based on precise customer specs Follow detailed batch instructions to ensure consistency and quality Use SAP software to manage inventory and production data Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace Qualifications we are looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent (technical experience a plus!) 3+ years in manufacturing preferred Experience with compounding, blending, or mixing required Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperatures Basic computer skills (SAP, MS Office) A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently What You’ll Get: A dynamic, supportive team environment Competitive pay and shift differential Comprehensive benefits package (details here:
