Position Overview:

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned projects — from pre-construction planning through final completion — ensuring they are finished on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Assist with pricing and Change order pricing
• Submittal process and ordering materials
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Issuing subcontracts and POs
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers
• Track project progress and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain all necessary project documentation (contracts, RFIs, change orders, etc.)
• Ensure site safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes
• Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar)
