Project Manager – Education Architecture (Houston, Austin and San Antonio TX)

We’re seeking a high-impact Project Manager to lead design teams on innovative K-12 and Higher Education projects in Houston, Austin and San Antonio.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about architecture, creative problem-solving, and positively shaping communities. You’ll collaborate with talented teams to deliver design excellence while ensuring constructability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases — from concept to construction documents
• Coordinate consultants and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear, engaging communication
• Provide design insight and technical guidance on various construction types
• Contribute to the development and refinement of design concepts

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of professional architectural experience, including 2–4 in Education projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Bluebeam, Newforma, and MS Office a plus
• Strong knowledge of building codes, design standards, and construction methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases
• Excellent verbal, graphic, and written communication skills
• Experience with Healthcare, Commercial, or Institutional work is a bonus
• Knowledge of sustainability standards preferred
