We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas . Ideal candidates will have design-build experience and a track record of delivering commercial projects (ground up and renovations/interiors) on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from precon to closeout
- Coordinate with owners, design teams, and field crews
- Manage bidding, subcontracts, scheduling, RFIs, and submittals
- Lead financial reporting (AR/AP, cost reports, change orders)
- Use tools like Autodesk Build, BuildingConnected, MS Project & JDE
Qualifications
- 8+ years in commercial construction PM role
- Proactive approach to building and challenges
- Tilt-wall or design-build experience
- Strong leadership, organization & client communication skills
- Proficiency with project management software platforms
