Summary:
Ventana is seeking a well-rounded Project Managers for insulated metal panel (IMP)
projects in commercial data centers. The PM will oversee installation, project
coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control for IMP systems. This role
requires collaboration with design, fabrication, and field teams to ensure timely and
accurate project delivery.
Essential Duties:
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for insulated metal panel projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project requirements.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, architectural and structural plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality, safety, and progress.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, schedules, and quality compliance.
- Provide timely updates and reports to senior management.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery.
- Collaborate with preconstruction and sales teams on project planning and client expectations.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or 10+ years relevant experience.
- 5+ years managing insulated metal panel or building envelope projects.
- Experience in commercial or data center construction preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP software (Salesforce, SAP, or similar).
- Skilled in construction documents interpretation and subcontractor oversight.
Skills / Competencies:
- • Leadership, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
- • Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously.
- • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software (Procore, Primavera, Planview), and PDF tools (Bluebeam).
- • Familiarity with BIM (Revit, Tekla) and CAD (AutoCAD) is a plus
