Cardella Construction Company is looking for a passionate, hard-working, energetic, and highly-motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibilities of an Assistant Project Manager include assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent in the overall planning, scheduling, and administration of an assigned project.

What you'll be up to:

  • Owning the submittal, RFI and other document control processes
  • Managing and coordinating all project inspections, including collaboration with inspectors and building departments

Assisting Project Manager and Superintendent in the following areas:

  • Project start up
  • Forecasting and planning
  • Material delivery coordination and scheduling
  • Quality Control
  • Closeout process

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training
  • 4+ years of working experience in construction industry
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline
  • Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office required.

  • Flexibility with working location, as job sites are spread throughout the Panhandle area
