Our client is a highly reputable GC, seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile, $80M historical renovation (hotel) project in San Antonio. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical leadership role on a complex and culturally significant hospitality restoration project blending modern luxury with historical preservation.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing large-scale commercial construction projects, with some specific experience in hospitality and/or historical renovations. Leadership, communication, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget are key.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience in historic renovation projects and/or hospitality renovation projects preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
