The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of facility development, plant repairs, and enhancement projects across all locations. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, while working closely with vendors, general contractors, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes. They will also provide leadership with clear, concise progress reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and management of projects from initiation through to closeout.
  • Control project scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects meet established goals and deadlines.
  • Provide regular progress updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, minimizing disruptions and maintaining project momentum.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely performance and accountability.
  • Oversee all permitting, regulatory requirements, and compliance matters for assigned projects.
  • Work closely with plant managers to minimize operational disruptions during project execution.
  • Maintain high safety standards and ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial Maintenance team to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes for facility improvements, repairs, and development.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on facilities or construction projects.
  • General Contractor Experience in the commercial field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction and facility management.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate or construction materials industry.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
