Project Manager – Architecture

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (On-site)

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead client projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality design and documentation while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects for commercial government and corporate accounts
• Oversee design development, entitlements, construction documents, and project management
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, jurisdictions, and contractors
• Ensure timely and efficient project delivery with high-quality results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of experience across diverse project types
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit; Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, and Microsoft Office a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with at least two of the following: Self-Storage, Banks, Retail, Office Buildings, Government, Industrial/Warehouse
• Licensed Architect in California (required)
• LEED certification and leadership experience a plus
• Familiarity with CBC, ADA, and multiple zoning codes
• Due to the work on government projects, U.S. citizenship is required for this position
