Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for properties.
- Create and monitor budgets.
- Oversight of AP & AR
- Track lease agreements and payments.
- Prepare and file property tax returns.
- Assist with external audits.
- Perform reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and forecast financial needs.
- Maintain property transaction records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in property management or real estate industry required.
- Accounting software experience required; Yardi or MRI preferred.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
