Medical Receptionist Our Medical Receptionist assists our patients by checking them in and out of appointments, handling patient referrals, scheduling appointments, insurance authorizations, and managing incoming calls, just to name a few. Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information Stay in frequent communication via chat, phone and email with our clinical staff and insurance/billing staff Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and people skills to provide the highest level of care for our patients, as well as: Bilingual (Preferred) Some front office experience (Preferred) Able to work varying shifts to meet patient needs (Required) All applicants considered for this role must be able to travel to other nearby locations.
