Manufacturing Sales Clerk
to join our team
onsite in Santa Fe Springs, CA . In this role, the successful candidate will provide vital support to the sales and manufacturing teams by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining organized documentation, and facilitating seamless communication with internal departments and customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or sales support, particularly within the manufacturing or aerospace industries, and will be proficient in using Sage ERP and Microsoft Office tools. Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries regarding job status and order updates
Accurately enter Purchase Orders into Sage ERP, ensuring all details are correct
Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments
Maintain organized and up-to-date job folders and documentation
Communicate effectively via Microsoft Outlook and issue purchase orders when needed
Support the sales team by maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in sales support or customer service within manufacturing or aerospace is preferred
Proficiency with Sage ERP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible to work overtime when needed
