$59,000+ to plan Responsibilities:
Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term relationships as a reliable financial service professional Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on each client’s potential life and financial needs Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required Must have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients Competitive Enterprising Coachable Communicative Self-disciplined Authentic
