Weed Man, the largest franchised lawn care company in North America and the #1 franchise in lawn care, is currently looking to hire motivated and outgoing Aerator Technician and Lawn Care Technicians to provide exceptional customer service to our customers! Come join our award-winning, fun, and collaborative team! Responsibilities for Technicians: Perform lawn aerations for existing customers. Train and become familiar with lawn care services such as applying fertilizer, weed control, and other professional applications. Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control. Provide professional, courteous customer service. Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes to prospective customers. Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations. Generate field sales- additional commission rewarded! Clearly communicate with your team and/or supervisor.
