Position Overview BODY20 is helping people strengthen their body and change their life through time condensed, technology-based Electro-Muscular Stimulation (EMS) training. We are revolutionizing the way people work out. Were looking for highly motivated and energetic people to join our Des Peres studio.

As a BODY20

Opening Shift Personal Trainer , you will be an integral part of a small team of personal trainers to deliver time-condensed EMS-powered workouts and provide best-in-class member experiences. Join our dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis!

This position can be full-time or part-time with shift starting at 4:30 a.m.

We Offer Comprehensive paid training, certifications, and unwavering support tailored to ensure your success Competitive base pay Complimentary studio membership and product discounts Fitness casual dress code Passionate, collaborative and friendly work environment Responsibilities Deliver superior member experience while following the proper coaching, safety and other operating protocols Provide a high level of personalized attention to members; ensuring they are challenged to the best of their abilities Instruct and demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercise techniques to members, which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds Adjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards and adhere to all safety requirements and standards at all times Administer InBody evaluations as needed Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs and products Other duties as assigned Qualifications Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification a plus CPR/AED certification (preferred) 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess honesty and personal integrity Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills Reliable, professional, computer literate and tech savvy, energetic, and friendly Must be able to maintain a regular and predictable part-time schedule Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holidays Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to members Must be 18 or older Essential Physical Requirements Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time BODY20 BODY20 is a one-of-a-kind, technology assisted training program that helps people maximize their body's natural fitness capacity and muscle activation.
