Revology Cars is hiring a warehouse technician at the Orlando, Florida, facility where we build 1960s Ford Mustang and Shelby GT automobiles. PAY AND BENEFITS A warehouse technician in our company will make between $43,680-$75,392 per year, depending on his or her skills, experience, and willingness to work overtime. We offer company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). 80 hours paid time off (PTO) starts accruuing immediately after hire, and new hires are eligible for holiday pay after only 90 days. All full-time employees are eligible for our 401(k) with up to 4% company match after only 180 days. ABOUT THE JOB The warehouse technician is responsible for managing the flow of parts and materials inventory. Specific tasks include: Receive parts into the ERP system. Stock parts in the warehouse and assembly floor. Pick parts for production. Deliver parts to the production line. Restock small parts stored lineside. Conduct inventory cycle counts. Local pick up and drop off of parts, tools, supplies, and/or materials. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED Willingness and ability to work on any assigned schedule, change shifts periodically, work more than 8 hours per day, and/or work overtime, while maintaining good attendance. Ability and willingness to learn and follow safety rules and procedures. Ability and willingness to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat most of the day. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to operate a forklift. Ability to operate a vehicle with a 24' trailer. Ability to perceive differences in very specific details when inspecting parts or work performed, checking for defects or quality issues, or when distinguishing various parts/components by identification number or code. Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, including helping co-workers, maintaining and promoting a safe work environment, treating co-workers with dignity and respect regardless of personal differences, and accepting and following instructions and requests from leadership. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. A basic understanding of the parts of an automobile is helpful, but not required.
