We are seeking a Project Architect to help lead exciting, high-profile projects from feasibility through construction administration. The role combines design leadership, project management, and client engagement — ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career while contributing to the growth of the firm. Responsibilities: Direct, coordinate and participate in schematic design through construction administration. Develop and maintain project work plans, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Serve as the primary liaison with clients and consultants. Actively lead and contribute to project teams, coordinating meetings and task updates. Conduct site visits, review RFIs and submittals, and prepare field observation reports. Apply advanced knowledge of building systems, materials, codes, and construction techniques. Contribute to a culture of mentorship and professional development within the studio. Qualifications: Professional Degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect or on the path to licensure. 3–8 years of architectural experience, ideally with multifamily residential project types. Proficiency in BIM/3D modeling software. Strong communication and leadership skills with proven project management experience. Proven ability to balance hands-on design and technical work while managing multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
