Order Puller | $17.00/hr | 1st Shift | Weirton, WV PeopleShare is hiring for a fantastic long-term opportunity with our client, Premium Guard Inc., a leading global supplier of automotive aftermarket filtration and parts. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Puller to join their brand-new distribution center in Weirton, WV! Job Details - Order Puller: Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Location: Weirton, WV (Distribution Center)
Key Responsibilities - Order Puller: The Order Puller is responsible for accurately filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing them for shipment according to company standards. Daily duties include:
Utilizing the pick ticket process and/or RF scanning to locate product and ensure completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Operating manual or electric pallet jacks (and/or forklift) to load, unload shipments, and move products to designated storage locations. Accurately packing warehouse orders as necessary. Loading and unloading pallets by hand or with equipment. Maintaining all documents related to the order fulfillment process. Reporting any non-conformance or compliance issues to the Supervisor. Observing all company safety rules and regulations. Performing other distribution work functions as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements - Order Puller High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment. Previous forklift experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Must have the ability to read and understand detailed work instructions in English. Must be able to safely lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs. Able to walk, stand, bend, and lift consistently for 8-to-10-hour shifts in a distribution center environment (may be non-climate-controlled). Must have a valid Driver’s License. IND98
