Job Overview: As a
Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Foreman , you'll be at the heart of our operations. Responsibilities include:
Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans. Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment. Performing tasks independently without direct supervision. Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies. Primary Responsibilities: Lead a two- person crew performing scheduled services at clients' sites and making sure your team adheres to the standards of excellence. Training the associate technician in your crew. Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans. Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment. Performing tasks independently without direct supervision. Maintaining and managing equipment and reporting any discrepancies. Must be able to drive the service truck nightly with valid driver's license. Preferred
Qualifications Hood Cleaning experience preferred but not required Organization skills and time management skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication Previous experience working nights a plus Physical Requirements: Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments. Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet. Able to stand for 10 hours at a time. Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently. Please note:
This role is an overnight shift -- typically from 10pm-11pm check-in and between 6am-7am check-out. Competitive compensation to reward the overnight work. Candidates with overnight work experience are strongly preferred. This will be a full-time position working 40-50 hours per week. This is a leadership position that involves managing a night crew and provides opportunity to advance within the company.
