Seasonal Member Specialists
to join our Dallas team and support operations during the peak season. We are hiring for both
Carrollton
and
Farmers Branch
locations. In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure the facilities run smoothly, assist members with logistical tasks, and contribute to our vibrant Saltbox community. What You'll Do Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members. Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track. Monitor the delivery dock and assist with unloading trucks, pallets, and shipments. Lift, pull, and move packages ranging from 5 to 100 pounds (with reasonable accommodation). Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational. Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules. What You Bring Customer service experience
with strong communication skills. Warehouse or loading dock experience
preferred. Attention to detail and accountability. Ability to work efficiently and stay organized. Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to adapt as needed.
