position located in Fenton, MO. Title: Dispatcher Location: Fenton, MO
(Headquarters) Job Type: Full-Time
(On-Site) What we offer: Competitive hourly rate of $22.00 - $24.00 to start! (based on experience) Great Schedule: Monday - Friday days (No Weekends or On-Call Requirement!) Great Benefits!

What You Will Do: Troubleshoot and document service issues Dispatch service technicians Interact with customers and field technicians via our call center Monitor service orders and keep customers informed throughout the service process for timely response and exemplary customer satisfaction Act as a team player by assisting with other duties as assigned What you will bring: 3+ years previous customer service experience. Previous dispatch experience strongly preferred. Experience working in the HVAC industry a plus! Positive and upbeat attitude with a professional phone demeanor Ability to remain confident and self-controlled during peak times Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment Computer proficient including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work on site 100% Impeccable work ethic Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
