Pay Rate: $25-29/hr Overview
The Electrician – Panel Wirer will support equipment and panel builds, upgrades, and overhauls for can-making machinery. This role includes troubleshooting, repair, and startup support both in-house and at manufacturing sites. Wire large panels for PLC's and VFD's
Responsibilities
Build, install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and controls. Travel to plants for installations, startups, audits, and overhauls. Read and work from schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions. Service and maintain PLCs, circuits, power distribution, and control devices. Wire panels and equipment to NEC, U.L., and C.E. standards. Collaborate with
mechanical/engineering
teams and follow all safety procedures. Complete accurate service reports and maintain required tools. Qualifications
3+ years of industrial electrical experience (or equivalent training). Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude; skilled with hand tools. Ability to work independently on installs, repairs, and adjustments. Good communication skills; motivated and detail-oriented.
