Job Description: Addison Group is seeking an

Executive Projects Coordinator

to provide top-tier administrative and project support to a dynamic executive team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and is confident supporting C-level leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives Coordinate and prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools Manage executive calendars, travel logistics, and expense reports Draft and edit professional correspondence, memos, and agendas Organize internal and external meetings, including off-site events and executive sessions Serve as a liaison for executive-level inquiries, ensuring a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Assist with event planning and logistics, including venue booking, accommodations, and catering Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives under the direction of the executive team

Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in a senior administrative or executive support role Previous experience supporting VP or C-suite level executives Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Professional, poised, and discreet with sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and travel/expense systems (e.g., Concur) Strong writing and communication skills across multiple platforms Experience with event and meeting coordination (on- and off-site) Tech-savvy; graphic design tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus Self-starter with strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
