At Clarendon Vision Advanced Eyecare, were redefining patient care through Neuro-Optometry, Vision Therapy, Myopia Management, Sports Vision Training and Pediatric Optometry, and were looking for a talented technician to join us.

This is more than just a tech role. Youll be aclinical partner to our doctors, working with advanced technology and complex cases that demand precision and expertise. Your background in ophthalmology or optometry will help elevate the level of care we deliver to patients of all ages.

What Youll Do Perform advanced diagnostic testing: OCT, topography, fundus photos, visual fields, axial length, refractions, and eye pressure checks. Support complex care programs: Assist in Neuro-Optometry, Myopia Management, and Dry Eye treatments. Scribe with accuracy: Document detailed exam findings and histories for specialty patients. Educate patients: Provide contact lens training, myopia program counseling, and home care instruction. Clinical operations: Manage drop orders, prepare consultation materials, and help streamline patient flow. Cross-team support: Collaborate with front desk, optical, and therapy teams to keep the patient experience seamless. Inventory management: Take ownership of ordering pharmaceuticals, contact lenses, and supplies.

What Were Looking For Required: A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an ophthalmology or optometry technician. Confidence using advanced diagnostic instruments and EMR systems. A professional, patient-first demeanor, especially with children and specialty care patients. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Availability to work Saturdays (shorter hours).
