Role Snapshot First shift opportunity for a seasoned CNC professional who can program, set up, and machine precision components on Doosan 2–4 axis lathes with Fanuc controls, holding tolerances to ±0.001 in. You’ll blend programming skill (Mastercam and G-code) with meticulous setup and quality practices, including inspection with micrometers and calipers. You’ll also perform core repairs on steel and aluminum using CNC lathes. What You’ll Tackle
Program toolpaths in Mastercam and refine/verify G-code. Set up and operate CNC engine lathes (Fanuc) for production runs. Machine parts to tight tolerances (up to ±0.001 in.). Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan operations. Restore and repair steel/aluminum cores via CNC turning. Use precision metrology tools (micrometers, calipers) to validate quality. Champion quality output across every step. What You Bring
3+ years of CNC setup and machine operation. Required: Mastercam and G-code programming experience. Strong math competency and precision measurement skills. Blueprint/technical
drawing literacy and application. Detail orientation and a track record of high-quality results. Tech You’ll Use
