Warehouse Inventory Associate Employer: Midway Staffing

Pay Rate: Up to $20.00 per hour Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM + Overtime Interview Type: In-Person

Position Overview

Midway Staffing is seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates for an Entry-Level Warehouse Inventory Associate role in Woodridge, IL. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory balances and supporting both warehouse operations and office tasks. The role is approximately 75% warehouse work and 25%

office/administrative

work.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in daily stand-up meetings to review safety protocols and receive work assignments. Operate a Crown Order Picker Machine (up to 40 feet in the air) safely and effectively. Use an RF device to record and track inventory transactions accurately. Maintain accurate warehouse inventory balances to ensure customer orders can be fulfilled. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and support monthly physical inventory counts. Assist in resolving any issues that may impact available stock or customer service levels. Perform data entry and basic reporting in Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers. Work Environment & Requirements

Environment: Dry warehouse, temperature range 60–90°ree;F. Attire: Shorts, jeans, or athletic wear (must be appropriate). Steel-toe boots/shoes strongly recommended. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs. Tools & Equipment: RF devices, Crown Order Picker Machine. Qualifications

Experience: 0–3 years (entry-level, training provided). Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills:

Ability to speak, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Strong attention to detail with ability to perform basic math

(addition/subtraction).

Preferred: Experience in inventory reconciliation or warehouse systems.
