Global luxury womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is seeking a detail-oriented Drop Ship Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Drop Ship Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the companys drop ship accounts, with a focus on order processing, inventory management, and partner communication. This role ensures accurate and timely fulfillment of partner orders, supports account onboarding, and maintains data integrity across all drop ship platforms.

Key Responsibilities Monitor, update, and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability Resolve order issues, discrepancies, returns, and escalations in coordination with cross-functional teams Track and report KPIs such as fulfillment rate, cancellations, and shipping performance Identify process improvement opportunities and business trends Process and track daily drop ship orders and returns across all partner platforms Assist in general warehouse duties when needed, including organization, and cycle counts Other duties assigned by department manager Qualifications 12 years of experience in wholesale operations, e-commerce, or drop ship coordination Proficiency in inventory management systems and order management platforms (NETSUITE, DSCO,MIRAKL or similar a plus) Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable with data analysis and reporting. - Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Must reside in Los Angeles, CA Must have apparel experience Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Occasional lifting of boxes (up to 25 lbs), depending on warehouse coordination needs
