Operations Process Manager
Position Summary: The Operations Process Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end operational processes across supply chain functions, including ERP ownership, master data, purchasing, planning, materials management, logistics, and warehouse operations. This role is instrumental in building and implementing standardized systems and workflows that ensure seamless cross-functional execution and compliance. During the start-up and project planning phase, this individual will be a key leader responsible for establishing operational readiness including layout design, system setup, and initial workflow design.
Key Responsibilities: Lead ERP system deployment, ensuring alignment of master data and business processes. Design and implement end-to-end supply chain workflows covering planning, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse management. Manage purchasing, vendor performance, and sourcing initiatives in alignment with cost, quality, and delivery targets. Coordinate and lead project start-up efforts including floor layout planning, system integration, and warehouse configuration. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate material availability. Establish and maintain KPIs across supply chain and operations processes to monitor performance and drive improvements. Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation across responsible areas.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain functions, including ERP leadership. Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms including implementation or system administration. Strong understanding of materials management, production planning, procurement, and logistics. Proven experience in start-up or greenfield manufacturing environments preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability through systems and processes. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
