Qualifications:

  • 2 Years of experience REQUIRED (looking for Neuro experience)
  • 1st Time Travelers are ACCEPTED
  • Locals are ACCEPTED
  • REQUIRED Certs: ACLS, BCLS, NIH.

Skills REQUIRED:

  • Telemetry, Vents, IV Start, Drips

PREFERRED Skills:

  • Triage, ICP, Conscious Sedation and Charge Nurse experience
  • PREFERRED Certs: CCRN, TNCC AND CPI.

JOB DETAILS:

  • RATIOS: RATIOS: 1:4.
  • Avg. Daily Census: Unit will max at 24 patients
  • Normal population= Intermediate population that is sub specialized with neurological population along with medical intermediate patients.
  • SHIFT: *36 or 48 hours can be Offered.
  • 13 Weeks
  • Must be able to work Christmas eve and New Years Day
  • 12 HR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15
  • RTO: 7 days MAX for AUTO OFFER
  • Float Requirement: *FLOATING REQUIRED to other intermediate areas along with critical care.
  • Weekend Requirement: 3 weekends every 6 weeks, total of 6 weekend shifts between Saturday and Sundays.
  • PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Intermediate population that is sub specialized with neurological population along with medical intermediate patients.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS:

  • This patient population will be geared towards the neurological patients along with the medical intermediate patient population.

UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS/EPIC/SBAR


SCRUBS: Any combination of navy blue and white.
