Project Manager
with
3–5 years of experience
to join its team. Specializing in office, medical, and retail interiors, this firm offers a supportive work culture, a

What You’ll Do Lead the execution of commercial TI projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication Participate in light estimating and budget development during early project phases Monitor progress, resolve field and scheduling issues, and ensure high standards of quality and safety Maintain strong documentation and communication throughout each project lifecycle Visit job sites throughout Orange and LA counties as needed to maintain accountability and progress Earn performance-based bonuses for projects that exceed profit goals and timelines
What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience managing commercial tenant improvement or interior renovation projects Familiarity with subcontractor coordination, schedules, budgets, and construction documentation Experience with estimating and value engineering for commercial interiors Proficient in project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be located in Orange or Los Angeles County and able to attend local job site meetings U.S. work authorization required
Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $110,000 – $135,000 annually Project-based commission bonuses
tied to performance against projections Hybrid/remote flexibility
