We’re seeking a Program Manager I to join our Space & Recovery Systems team in Santa Ana, CA. Position Summary The Program Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring project scheduling, pricing, scope control, and technical performance to ensure objectives are achieved within prescribed timelines and budgets. This role supports contract negotiations, proposal development, and financial planning, while identifying new business opportunities and expanding product lines. The Program Manager ensures adherence to master plans, resolves program challenges, and drives process efficiency and accuracy. Key Highlights: Lead projects from bid to delivery, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction Manage proposals, contracts, and program performance (schedule, cost, scope) Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into actionable plans Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in aerospace engineering/product development 3+ years in aerospace program/project management US Person status (ITAR requirement) PMP or related certification preferred Why Join Us?
