Position: Through Hole Lead Reports To: Production Manager Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time Rate- $24 to $27/hour. Position Summary:The Through Hole Leader position will work alongside the Production Manager in optimizing and balancing workloads with the quality output to meet daily department schedule. Responsibilities: 1.Ability to interpret assembly drawings and work instructions for daily work use. 2.Ability to program, set up, modifies, operate, and troubleshoot profiles and/or issues on all equipment in the Department. 3.Interface with Manufacturing Engineering to improve process and resolve issues. 4.Responsibility and authority to: a.Identify problems. b.Recommend solutions. c.Withhold items that do not meet quality standards. Physical Requirements: 1.Ability to lift 50 lbs. Education/Experience: 1.High School Diploma. 2.Certified J-STD-001. 3.IPC-610 is a plus. 4.Ability to identify electronic components. 5.Experience with Wave Solder Machines, Selective Solder Machine, PCB Router Machine, Manual De-panel Machine, Benchtop Press, Solder Pots, Axial Machines â Taped & Loose Components. 6.Basic understanding of the International Standard. 7.High level of teamwork and collaboration skills. 8.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 9.Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
