Quality Control Inspector I

Position: Quality Control Inspector I Job Type: Full-time (On-site) Pay: $25.00/hour Role Overview Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector I to support daily QC operations across inbound/outbound shipments, production, and lab testing. This role ensures product quality and compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities Inspect raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products Test packaging components for proper fit Conduct physical and organoleptic testing of essential oils Perform diffuser functionality tests per lab procedures Carry out in-line production inspections Execute daily QC checks for compounding Operate instruments (pH meters, scales, FTIR, etc.) Document all inspections and maintain QC sample inventory Report discrepancies to Quality Lead/Supervisor immediately Maintain lab cleanliness using 5S/6S methodology Follow safety protocols consistently Pull raw material/component samples using aseptic techniques Support other QC tasks as directed by management Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required Experience in warehouse/manufacturing environments GMP experience preferred Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with AQL inspection and sampling techniques Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and GLP standards Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
