• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (training schedule)
• Optional shifts after training:
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:
• Match checks with remittance advice and prepare for mailing.
• Reconcile processed batches in the audit database.
• Create and mail denial letters and claims requirement letters.
• Forward claims to appropriate health plans.
• Mail out unprocessable claims with appropriate documentation.
• Batch and audit trailers created by various departments.
• Verify member information and coordination of benefits.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a medical office setting.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Familiarity with claim forms (UB-04 and CMS-1500).
• Ability to adapt to process changes and work both independently and in a team.
