Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience with maintaining and operating mechanical equipment.
Ability to work Thursday through Sunday (if Weekend shift).
Preferred Qualifications:
Industrial maintenance experience.
Welding, cutting, brazing, and soldering expertise.
CNC machining and forming machine operation.
Computer skills (Windows applications, Oracle).
Written maintenance assessment required prior to interview.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair facility and production equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.
Tackle mechanical and electrical challenges, from 480V AC 3-phase circuits to 12V DC control wiring.
Interpret diagrams, operations manuals, and schematics (electrical & hydraulic).
Perform preventative maintenance, equipment setup, and general building repairs.
Weld, cut, braze, and solder as needed.
Operate CNC machining and forming equipment.
Use computers for troubleshooting and documentation.
Be ready to jump in when production equipment is down—on-call availability required.
