Banquet Server , you are the face of every celebration, bringing warmth, attentiveness, and care to every guest you serve. You're not just delivering food and drinks-you're creating moments that feel personal, polished, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities Prepare banquet spaces with tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and service ware according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Provide attentive, timely, and professional food and beverage service throughout events. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and ensure a seamless experience. Maintain a polished presentation of food, drinks, and service stations. Support setup, execution, and breakdown of events, including cleaning, resetting, and organizing service areas. Follow directions from the Banquet Captain and communicate effectively with the team. Handle guest requests and concerns with a solutions-first mindset and professionalism. Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines at all times. Who You Are
A service-driven individual who thrives in social, fast-paced environments. Experienced in banquet, catering, or restaurant service (preferred, not required). Attentive to detail, with an eye for presentation and guest satisfaction. Comfortable carrying trays, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods. Calm and professional under pressure, even during large-scale events. A strong communicator who connects easily with guests and teammates. Flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred or required depending on local regulations.
