We are hiring an

experienced Technical Artist

who is excited about PC and Console games and eager to create delightful player experiences. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping an ambitious new project while working alongside a supportive, global team. This is a

fully remote position , and we welcome applications from candidates across

Latin America, Canada, and beyond . Who You Are Background in art or design, ideally with degree-level education or equivalent experience. Industry-proven, with at least

2 shipped PC or console titles . Comfortable working with technical complexity and creative problem-solving. Able to work autonomously and thrive in a distributed team. Strong communicator who collaborates effectively in a remote environment. Excited to contribute to an

inclusive, diverse, and fun workplace . How You'll Contribute Build procedurally generated maps using graph-based systems (Vista Pro or similar). Handle technical implementation of characters and animation (rigging, integration into Unity, gameplay systems). Partner closely with the Art Director, designers, and engineers to deliver polished, high-quality content. Apply strong knowledge of Unity animation systems, including retargeting and animation workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve art-related technical challenges during production. Optimize assets/workflows to balance artistry with performance across platforms. What You'll Need Solid understanding of both

art and engineering fundamentals . Proficiency with

Unity3D , including asset pipelines, optimization, and shader systems. Familiarity with

Unity's Universal Rendering Pipeline (URP) . Experience with animation workflows (rigging, retargeting, integration). Knowledge of

PBR pipelines

and material workflows. World-building skills: ability to create compelling, performant environments and support procedural systems. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset. Software Skills Unity3D

- advanced workflows, asset integration, optimization, shaders/materials. Autodesk Maya Creative

- 3D modeling, rigging, and animation pipelines. Adobe Creative Suite

- Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects for asset creation and polish. Procedural Generation Tools
