About The Position We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Vermont. This opportunity begins on Nov 3, 2025, and features weekday day shifts with no call, offering flexible options of either 8am-5pm or 7am-6pm. The ideal candidate will have board certification in Family Medicine and, ideally, prior experience in critical access or rural health settings. Proficiency with the Cerner EMR system is required to ensure seamless patient care and documentation.

Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in a family practice setting Perform patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning according to best practices Document all patient encounters and care plans using Cerner EMR Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on quality and outcomes
Additional Information Board certification in Family Medicine required Vermont medical license required Experience with critical access or rural health settings preferred Assignment is a locum tenens backfill
