Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support our data and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data, build and maintain reporting dashboards, and ensure accurate data capture. In addition to core data responsibilities, this role may involve basic bookkeeping and a range of administrative tasks to support daily business operations.


Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources for reporting and analysis.
• Analyze data using Excel to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights.
• Develop, update, and maintain Excel-based dashboards and scheduled reports.
• Support data capture processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and improve data flows.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry for financial transactions, invoice tracking, or reconciling records.
• Provide general administrative support, such as document preparation, scheduling, or maintaining internal records.
• Assist in developing and documenting data-related procedures and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline data and reporting processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good understanding of data capture and validation practices.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles (training can be provided if needed).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other tools such as Klipfolio, Google Sheets, or basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
• Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
• Knowledge of financial or operational reporting.
